Our business, Thames Valley Heating & Cooling, is a Berkshire-based heating company led by Harry Brown. Harry brings more than 16 years of industry experience and established the company in 2019 after years of working in the trade. We built the business around a firm belief that heating work should be properly planned, fairly priced and completed to a high standard. That remains the basis of the service we offer to homeowners across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and parts of Oxfordshire. Each job begins with a proper understanding of the home rather than an assumption that one solution suits every property. We assess the existing setup and consider how the system is used each day before advising on the most appropriate option. Depending on the requirements, this may mean installing a new boiler, upgrading the hot water system or undertaking a full heating installation.

The work is completed by our small in-house team of Gas Safe registered engineers under Harry's leadership. This provides continuity throughout the project and means customers are not handed over to subcontractors or unfamiliar trades. Our experience includes more than 3,000 completed heating jobs, covering boiler installations and repairs as well as underfloor heating and hot water systems. We focus on getting the details right, including neat pipework, correct system configuration and comprehensive testing before a job is finished. Clear communication is maintained throughout, while care is taken to respect the home and leave it clean and tidy. We work across Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Crowthorne, Ascot, Sunningdale, Windsor, Henley-on-Thames, Camberley, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Basingstoke, Hook, Yateley and Eversley.
