Our Sika Sarnafil single-ply roofing systems combine proven membrane technology with specialist technical support from Sika. The systems accommodate customised designs, including colours, profiles and roof graphics, while offering direct application over existing substrates such as old bitumen. Sarnafil membranes also provide strong environmental flexibility, allowing features such as solar panels and roof planting.
We provide flat-roof restoration solutions based on the specific requirements identified through a detailed roof survey. Sika Sarnafil adhered systems are commonly selected where appearance, freedom of design and complex roof shapes require particular consideration, while also allowing existing bitumen roofs to be refurbished. Our assessment covers insulation, structural loading, fire resistance, environmental conditions, wind uplift and drainage.
A full roof rebuild offers a practical means of renewing a roof that can no longer be repaired successfully. Where surveys identify serious deterioration, we can replace the complete system to the latest standards and codes of practice. The work may include removing ineffective wet insulation and addressing structural failure. It can also enhance durability, performance and appearance.
We offer Bauder single-ply systems that combine durability with practical installation benefits. Thermofol PVC is suitable for new-build, refurbishment and green roof projects, while Thermoplan T FPO provides a plasticiser-, halogen- and heavy-metal-free option. The FPO system is resistant to chemicals and micro-organisms, dimensionally stable, recyclable and designed to provide a long life expectancy.

It was a pleasure working with Will, Simon and the team at Georgian. They responded quickly to my initial call (water was dripping down our kitchen wall!), came round quickly to assess the situation and were communicative, friendly and courteous throughout the process of replacing our small, green roof.
