Based in Sunderland, Forthcoming Group works with homeowners throughout the North East on property improvement projects involving roofing, driveways, landscaping and brickwork. Our company was created in 2022 by Ryan Forth and two school friends, combining their respective knowledge of surveying, roofing, joinery, brickwork and landscaping. The experience behind the business extends much further than its official starting date, with decades of practical trade knowledge represented within our team. Having completed over 500 projects across the region, we have experience of a wide variety of property requirements, including roofing repairs and replacements, garden makeovers, patios, fencing, new driveways, repointing and brickwork improvements. We provide a structured service designed around clear advice, good communication and suitable preparation.

We undertake roofing work for repairs, replacements and general improvements. Our services include minor repairs and maintenance, together with complete roof replacements, flat roofing, chimney repairs and roofline work. Each property receives a careful assessment before we recommend the appropriate solution. By taking this approach, we can ensure the work is suited to the roofs condition and requirements. 
A well-planned driveway needs to suit the property while providing the parking space required for everyday use. We install block paving, resin bound, concrete and tarmac surfaces to meet different preferences and requirements. Before installation, we assess the existing area and discuss its intended purpose. This helps establish which driveway finish is most appropriate for the home. 
We undertake landscaping projects for homeowners looking to improve the appearance and everyday function of their gardens. Our work covers complete makeovers, patio installations and extensions, turfing, borders, and fencing. Rather than treating each feature separately, we consider the garden as a whole, assessing its existing layout and discussing the changes needed to improve the space. 
We undertake brickwork work where damage, failed mortar or other issues affect the appearance or condition of a property. Our services cover brickwork repairs, garden and boundary walls, chimney bracing, repointing, colour render and other general improvements. Prior to starting any project, we review the existing brickwork and establish what requires attention. We then determine a suitable approach for the work.

I definitely recommend Forthcoming Group - excellent service and workmanship from start to finish.
They replaced a roof at my elderly parents house and the whole team made my elderly mam feel at ease and safe throughout the whole process - big thank you to all for this.
From first contacting them Ryan managed the whole process, Kayleigh and Beth provided excellent communication and then Joe and the team worked brilliantly replacing the roof (also constantly tidying up) whilst also ensuring first class customer service.

We recently had forthcoming roofing company replacing half of our roof.
They have been an exceptionally good company to work with, and I want to wholeheartedly recommend them. One of my pet peeves is lack of communication/transparency: not the case here - even though they are extremely busy, they made every possible effort to keep us informed every step of the way about where they are, whats happening next, and what to expect. They clearly know their trade inside out, they work well, quickly and tidily, and they cleaned up thoroughly after they finished the project.
More than anything, I wanted to mention that Ryan, the director, spent at least an hour and a half with me today, helping to prepare material for a related court case. He helped put together photos, videos, an expert report, and a very clear explanation sheet to help us present the issues in straightforward terms for the judge.
To be clear, I had already paid Forthcoming in full they absolutely did not need to do this, let alone spend so much time helping me. I genuinely appreciate the effort and support theyve given us.

From the outset, they made the required work very clear and gave options, from repairing areas needing immediate attention to a full roof replacement. I ultimately chose a full replacement, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They provide insurance-backed guarantees with CPA, which gives real peace of mind. First class service from begining to end, what was thought to be an easy job turned a lot more complex thanks to a previous roofer form another "big company" who must have came from a rodeo but ryan and his team did the job properly not just a quick patch up job.walked me through the whole process with photos to show the previous "work" and the repairs they carried out, pricing was more than competitive with other companies and wouldnt use anyone else now just for peace of mind knowing the job was dine properly...thanks ryan and team!!

Ryan, Joe and team did an excellent job from start to finish. Initially troubleshooting what I thought a minor problem, they were able to define a bigger roof replacement project with a timescale that suited me , at a reasonable price. They put the right people with the right skills in the right numbers on the job. The team were hard working, courteous and respectful. Highly recommended!
