IMPORTANT NOTICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Nick Hambling the director Promised the job would take 2/3 weeks from start date 17/2 onwards and that there would be full continuity from start to finish. He also promised to personally oversee our project to give us full confidence that everything would run smoothly, which never happened as he ignored my phone calls/voice mails/messages given to members of staff and emails.
They have now stopped communicating with us and are not sorting out the mess they have caused.
Incorrect Glass Type: Activ Blue solar glass was installed instead of the specified Bio Blue, resulting in a noticeable colour difference between the front and rear glass of the house.
Installation Issues: Visible gaps between sashes and frames, one window not opening, and others not sealing properly, we can see daylight through the window when closed.
Finishing Defects: Scratches on curtain walling, a dent in a glass panel, and dents in frames and cills.
Installation Issues: Windows are not plumb or level, glazing beads are cut incorrectly, and rubbers are uneven.
Finishing Problems: Powder coating is inconsistent/flakey and flawed and we have different coloured frames compared to the opening sashes, different coloured segments in bifold frames, double glazed units have ripples, and door handles are incorrect.
Missing Components: Corner posts, fillers, weep hole covers, and internal knob locks are missing, plus front door handles..
Project Timeline and Oversight: The project was promised to be completed in 2/3 weeks from February 17th with full continuity and personal oversight by Nick Hambling, but neither materialised still not finished or rectified and no communication from them. Payment Dispute: The company demanded the second instalment before the job started, contradicting the agreement that payment would be requested after fitters and materials were on site.
Quality Issues and Lack of Action: The bifold door joints required remaking due to poor mitres, and windows remained dirty and uninspected despite agreements to address these issues, mitre gaps were filled with silicone.
Concerns about Installation: Concerns are raised about the installation standards, including levelling, mitres, silicone application, and the lack of mechanical fixing for cills. We cannot believe that he would leave a job like this and not return to rectify the issues. he has ruined our house!!

Weve had the misfortune of using this firm. Unfortunately they left us with a conservatory roof that was unsafe and took three months to remedy most of the issues.
