Just had all windows replaced by crofts and they are fantastic
From initial enquiry to completion everything was so trouble free
Many thanks Russell ( sales)who was so efficient and friendly .
Gary Adam and Triss who worked so hard for 5 days, always on time and cleaned up every night
Colin(operations manager) who always kept in touch

I have spent over two years renovating a Victorian house. Sash windows were originally fitted in the property and I wanted to retain the character. I also wanted the colour of the frames to match the stone facade. I was delighted with what I received from Crofts. I found Colin attentive to my requirements and when he came to measure the windows he came up with several excellent ideas. They were fitted by Matthew and Tristan who showed attention to detail. I am absolutely delighted with the windows and the customer service. It is noteworthy that in recent weeks, two people who I do not know have

To be a danger in using this companyThe product does not last beyond theThe guarantee period and in my case A whole house and conservatory was double glazed and built using products from this company. Window had to be replaced 6 months agoAt my expense of 250And now three more have failed. Case is ongoing so watch this space

We ordered flush style window frames for our house along with flush style patio doors and a door plus side panel as our porch internal door along with an external Rockdoor for the porch. The doors and windows look great but we did have some issues with the initial sales process, survey and installation. Considering what we spent this was somewhat annoying, however, Colin the after sales manager and his team were very professional. The patio doors and the internal door had to be remade and remedial work on the windows, mainly adjustments needed to be carried out. We have had other double glazing

This is the second time I've used Croft (first time a porch, this time windows) and I can't recommend them highly enough. Yes they are slightly more than some other places, but the quality and workmanship are absolutely excellent and the aftercare is fantastic so more than worth it. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.
