Asked dacol for a quote, they came and measured up. A week later I rang asking if quote was coming -was told yes, they would phone me tomorrow. That was over 4 weeks ago....... if you dont want the work why bother giving the expectation that you do, instead you just mess people about. What an appalling response to my post. I do not have the wrong company, I came into the office in lower polsham and spoke to young girl - who booked the appointment. You came and measured up....... maybe it's your records that need looking at. Disgusting just trying to brush it away.

Dacol have just fitted a patio door for me. They fitted a very large aluminium bi-fold door set 5 years ago and it's still like new. So he was my go-to supplier. The builders cutting the doorway hit a major snag just 3 hours before Dacol were due to fit the door. Dacol kindly shuffled jobs without any fuss. The snag was fixed the following day and Dacol came and fitted a couple of hours later. Another cracking job from them. Like last time they gave exemplary customer service - and very good value for money. On top of that they are really nice folks and very professional. Thanks guys.
