Report
Awful company. Feel cheated having to leave even one star.
"Recommended" to us by our builder who has now also confirmed that he has also had problems in the past with this company; more so with the arrogant staff when problems arise than anything else. We purchased windows for our whole house, without finance. Once fitted, it was pointed out that one of the glass panels in the bathroom window was infact upside-down. On reporting this to the company we were told "We'll send more glass and you can refit it!" This was unacceptable and even if it was, we still never received any glass or any further
