I am giving one star as doesnt give me the option to give zero. Do not use this company. Paul the owner is a very rude man. Ordered a window 3 months ago and understandably with the virus been a very long delay. Called many time as the builder completed the work. So was not needed. He had more jobs to do. As from 2 months ago told him this was no longer needed. Refused to give any refund before the window was even made. So rude every time I called. Bank gave me a refund so called him only for him to put the phone down on me twice. I ask is this professional and I come up with an answer...NO

Ordered on two separate occasions , while the windows are reasonable value , Paul has a rude manner and abrupt approach. Reading other reviews mirrors what I have encountered and sadly won't return now
