We had a leak on in our roof and required urgent roofing assistance. Neil and the team were on hand to do a profession and prompt service and we can't recommend them enough.

Never able to speak to anyone immediately, so I am only able to leave a message on their answer machine. When they rang back a couple of days later on each occasion they gave me an approximate day to come out to look at my roof but never showed up on either day specified. I left another message last week and no-one has replied. Totally unprofessional. If they're too busy or don't want to do the work then tell me instead of leading me on and wasting my time.

After contacting them and not expecting a response (I called other specialists and I couldnt get anything sorted due to how busy this time of year is!) They responded to me quickly and did a great job. Bear with them because they are inundated with work, and for good reason.

They came to review the work I wanted doing a month ago. Several phone calls later but still no estimate of cost of work provided.
