Softwashing

Softwashing is a low-pressure method using biodegradable chemicals to sanitise exterior surfaces. It effectively removes moss, algae, and pollutants without damaging delicate materials like render or cladding. This technique ensures surfaces remain clean for up to five years, offering long-term protection and aesthetic enhancement for residential and commercial properties.

Gutter Cleaning

Our gutter cleaning service uses ground-based vacuum units to clear debris and prevent blockages. We also wash soffits and fascia boards, ensuring proper drainage and reducing the risk of water damage. High-reach equipment allows safe access to gutters up to 40ft, with camera systems verifying thorough cleaning.

Cladding Cleaning

Cladding cleaning restores faded surfaces using soft-washing techniques. This method removes dirt and organic growth without high-pressure equipment, preserving material integrity. Regular cleaning enhances building aesthetics, prolongs cladding lifespan, and maintains manufacturer-recommended maintenance standards for commercial and residential properties.

Roof Cleaning

Roof cleaning employs soft-washing to eliminate moss, lichen, and algae from pitched or flat roofs. EPDM membranes and tiles are revitalised without high-pressure damage. The process includes algaecide treatments to prevent regrowth, ensuring roofs remain clean and structurally sound for extended periods.

Window Cleaning

Pure water window cleaning uses deionised water to achieve streak-free results on all glass types. Frames and sills are cleaned simultaneously, avoiding detergent residue. This eco-friendly method reaches high windows safely, eliminating ladder use and ensuring consistent clarity for residential and commercial buildings.

We used PC Coms to clean the front of our 1930s art deco flat block in Hove. Alex and the team couldn't have been lovelier; so polite and worked to such a high standard. Alex even filmed their work as they went along, which was so helpful in terms of keeping all the various flats aware of the work and their progress. They were a dream and we're thrilled with the results, the flats look a million times better and it's something we'll be looking to do on a much more regular basis. Thank you!
