So dissatisfied and disappointed with Stuart and Alex.
Got told the leak would cost £200 to repair
I paid it
The rain kept pouring in
After numerous calls texts etc they finally came back over only to tell me I needed a new roof
Around £8000!!!!!
I had 3 companies quote
I got the repair done for £100
The repair that Alderman did was in the wrong place
200 taken off me for nothing and I don’t need a new roof
When I advised the above I was spoken to very badly basically told to go away and then Stuart put the phone down on me. Disgusting. It would be my opinion that no one should deal
