Really friendly staff. Not ideally I had to bring my child with me and the reception was still friendly. They let him have the WiFi code, chatted to him, gave him a drink and offered a biscuit to keep him entertained. I always think it shows a lot about a company in how they treat the people that aren't important to their business...and they treated him superbly.
