Services
Residential Window Cleaning
Our residential window cleaning service caters to homeowners across the North East with both regular and one-off cleans. Using purified water technology, we achieve streak-free results on windows, frames, sills, and doors. Our trained technicians handle properties of all sizes, including hard-to-reach windows up to 60 feet high. The service includes UPVC frame cleaning and gutter maintenance, with automated reminders for scheduled appointments. Customers benefit from flexible payment options through our GoCardless integration.
Commercial Window Cleaning
We provide comprehensive commercial window cleaning for offices, shops, and industrial sites across the North East. Our services cover internal and external glass surfaces including shop fronts, office blocks, and industrial facilities. With 10 million insurance coverage and specialist equipment, we ensure safe access to all areas. Our technicians maintain minimal disruption to business operations while delivering consistent quality. Regular maintenance contracts include automated scheduling and detailed service reports for client convenience.
Conservatory Cleaning
Specialising in conservatory maintenance, we restore glass roofs and frames to like-new condition using chemical treatments and purified water systems. Our process removes lichen, algae, and dirt buildup from both interior and exterior surfaces. For difficult access, we employ conservatory ladders with safety struts to protect roof integrity. The service includes gutter cleaning and frame maintenance, with chemical treatments that prevent future biological growth on plastic components.
Gutter Maintenance
Our gutter cleaning service prevents property damage through regular maintenance using high-powered vacuum systems and extendable poles. We clear blockages from gutters and downpipes, removing debris that causes water damage and damp issues. The service includes inspection with camera technology for problem identification and automated reminders for annual maintenance. All waste is responsibly disposed of, with clip and connection checks provided for system integrity assurance.
Property Maintenance
Beyond window cleaning, we offer property maintenance services including cladding cleaning, soffit and fascia restoration, and weed control. Our technicians use specialist equipment to rejuvenate exterior surfaces without chemical damage. This includes pressure-controlled cleaning for delicate materials and preventative treatments against biological growth. As subcontractors for property management companies, we deliver comprehensive exterior maintenance solutions that enhance building appearance and longevity.
