A challenging modular extension, with extensive internal ground floor changes and a full refurbishment of this 1990's home was required to fit our clients needs. Covering over 6000 sq ft we undertook a full internal refurb including a large kitchen diner at the rear. It really was a special project and shows off Fountain Construction, once again, Building to the future whilst maintaining the past.
We were contacted by the client who were looking for additional living space as well as a full garden revamp. Extensive works were carried out to add an extension, soft and hard landscaping work to front and rear including a Cabana as well as a full internal house refurbishment - creating a beautiful space for the family.

Fountain Construction has completed a third house extension & renovation project for us. I can honestly say that I would not use any other builder.
The latest project involved three extensions to our current… house as well as a complete renovation of the whole house and landscaping - front and back. Tom Fountain worked closely with me from the architectural design stage right through to build completion.
I am very particular about detail and standard of finish. Tom and his team have surpassed my expectations. The quality of workmanship and creativity is second to none. As well as standard

We chose to use Fountain Construction as we knew someone who had used them and recommended them. I can honestly say on every level they were absolutely brilliant. Our whole new build experience was a pleasure… from Start to finish, I’m not sure how many people can say that when building their home, and it was purely because of Tom and his professional team. Our finished product is amazing. I couldn’t recommend this company enough! I’d quite like to do it again really!
