Had a service booked in and a broken part replaced. The physical service was great. As I was the last job of the day, the engineer was rushing to go home and said he would update the service certificate and send it back to me later that day. I have been chasing the certificate for over a week and keep being assured that the engineer will complete and send it every day, but they don't. I need the certificate to send to my insurance or they will cancel my policy. I have spent more time chasing the certificate than the engineer spent in my house and am very disappointed with the communication in

I used Assured heating to replace an old back boiler in my property with a combi boiler. They gave me a very competitive quote and did a professional job. Their customer service and professionalism is second to none. As a token appreciation flowers were delivered to our property. I highly recommend them.
