This is a flat that we have completely refurbished for our client over in sunny Sydenham. This flat had not seen a refurbishment since it was built 30 years ago. We had designed the project for our client, which included a complete rip and re-fit of the property, insulation of all internal and external walls to ensure acoustic control and heat conservation.
