As,usual, great service, exactly what I wanted, by fitters who left no evidence that they had been. You do have to wait a little while as they are so busy but well worth the wait. I have used them 3 times now - a great local company.

Unfortunately we are extremely unimpressed by the quality and service from the company. We had new windows fitted over 17 months ago and are still having problems. The customer service has been absolutely awful and we are now in the process of seeking legal advice to conclude this matter. Apparently, we were told today that windows are not water tight?????? Also, we have lines in our glass but apparently if you only see in direct sunlight that is considered to be acceptable. I can honestly say I have never been so disappointed with a product and the customer service we have received.

Fantastic job; all the tradespeople have been fab. The conversion of our conservatory into a usable dining room has been a thoroughly professional job. New roof looks amazing and the internal finishing is wonderful. Highly recommend this company.
