Called to get a quote. Was told I would get a callback which didnt happen. Called back a few days later only to be told the roofer is too busy to come out to the Bradford area- I dont live in Bradford so they took my address and still got location wrong and said he doesnt have time. Very unprofessional. They clearly dont listen or communicate with each other and also got no apology.
