We made choice going with Derby Double glazing in December 2020. The reason I choose Derby double glazing was Nick and his team had very friendly approach and there was no hard sales pitch. The price I was given wasnt the cheapest quote we got it was in middle after having 4 quotes for conservatory. Nick gave very realistic quote and realistic time scales even in very difficult times for materials. They where always quick to get back to me and answer any questions. The builders that was lead by Paul where great. There brickwork was very good quality and suggestions that made the conservatory

Great service from start to finish - fairly priced - no pushy salesman - smooth process with great communication, product and fitting. Really appreciated the professional service and great finish. Job done over 4 days in a very organised and efficient manner. The fitting team always tidied and cleaned after themselves. Really enjoyable experience and we love our new windows and door. Excellent service and excellent product. We had 14 replacement windows and a door fitted by DDG. They were brilliant from start to finish. Friendly and professional and left the whole place super tidy. Would definitely use again if we ever had the need. Highly recommended

So so pleased with the service, communication and quality from start to finish. From the initial query, the measuring up and the installation of new composite front door, DDG couldn't be more helpful. The team representing DDG do them proud. Super accommodating, non invasive / pressured, and no question too daft.
100% would use again and would highly recommend to others.

Ordered some windows and it took them over 6 weeks to get back to me to fit them. By that time I had fitted new windows. Please do not use these guys and use somebody who is more professional

Came and gave a quote with no pressure or salesman techniques, local company well priced, we proceeded with the work the lads who came and did the work did a sterling gob and where very friendly and tidy no mass anywhere the office was very helpfull with any queries throughout ,all the windows look really good on completion ,well pleased would recommend to anyone thankyou Derby Double Glazing for your excellent work

Great service from start to finish. Easy to arrange the order over email, and the fitters were efficient and tidy. We had a window in our back bedroom and a bay window in our front bedroom fitted. Good quality and very reasonably priced. We will be using again.
