I've had a lot of trades through my house this year and I have to say more than a few have been a bit disappointing. Its probably made me a slightly difficult customer. I like to know what's going on and can be quite annoying. I've got a new roof through Sage and its a really decent job. But what really stood out for me most is the communication and willingness from Sage to answer all my questions and requests in a really timely fashion. I cant think of a single example of a request from me that wasn't dealt with speedily. And if it couldn't be dealt with I was always given a good reason why. Justin

Recently had our roof repaired by sage roofing. From first contact they were professional and asked what we were after when getting the roof repaired. We had some difficulty with our neighbours due to scaffolding but they helped us smooth other the issues. The 2 guys they sent were professional, friendly, very clean and respectful ( even the neighbours mentioned how tidy they were). The work carried out was excellent and I would definitely recommend.
