Appalling experience with Complete Building Control. They are not accepting their responsibility in signing off work, and their response is contact the builder! Legal action being considered. Be aware of their fake reviews. Do not touch them and pay a bit more for better quality surveyors

Be careful of this company unless you are a below standard building company . Building Control officer signed off work , had not read structural engineers report or Party Wall Award.. He ignored that the damp proof course in Party Wall was same height as ground level of path at highest point. Level should be 150mm above ground level. Ignored flooding in trench on boundry where builders had taken cement foundations over the boundry which was not on plans and now water cannot drain . Told to contact PW surveyor. The BCI was called Rod Mucaek. He was rude and bullying and did not listen to my concerns

It was my very first major project, converting my family home into 5 flats. I was dissatisfied with a local firm and therefore I transferred my file to Complete Building Control. I mainly dealt with Danial Stacy. I found Daniel and the entire team, including Rod Muciek, very helpful and prompt. This is a very professional company who know what they are doing and understand rules and regulations very well. I am new to the building world and used Complete Building Control for my loft conversion. Their surveyors were available even on weekends to provide advice to me and to deal with some challenging issues, particularly with my neighbours.
