Complete Building Control Ltd is an established Corporate Approved Inspector, which has successfully renewed its licence from the Construction Industry Council Approved Inspectors Register Ltd (CIC AIR Ltd). Complete Building Control Ltd has been providing this bespoke professional surveying service since 2009 under the directorship of Melap Singh and Clive Parker, the founding Directors.
Since the company was formed CBC Ltd has been appointed as the licensed Building Control Body on over 45,000 projects. These projects range from domestic extensions and alterations, loft conversions, residential new builds and conversions to form apartments through to brand new commercial retail units covering England and Wales.
The Head Office is based in a prestigious Georgian period building in Edgbaston, in the heart of the business district of Birmingham. This is the centre hub of operations for Complete Building Control Ltd which include the Technical Department, Plan checking Department, Finance Department and the Administration Centre.

This discussion may even take place before a Planning Application has been made to the Local Authority. Complete Building Control Ltd provides a practical interpretation on all of the Approved Documents under the Building Regulations 2010.

Before making payment to us please ensure that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions as shown on the appointment form on the Downloads section of this website. If you wish to cancel your project at any stage please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel your project within seven days following the registration of the Initial Notice and before you have booked your first inspection, no fee will be payable.

The above Code of Conduct makes reference to a complaints handling procedure which includes a definition of a complaint according to the Construction Industry Council (CIC AIR Ltd). CBC is dedicated to delivering the best possible service to its clients and has in place a Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) whereby internal complaints are handled.
