One of the most knowledgable and professional window business around. Steve and Kate are so helpful and have an extensive range of windows and doors to choose from to suit budget. They dont give you the big sell and are not pushy. They know most details and specifications so can tailor doors and windows to suit your needs. I like Impressions as I normally enhance some windows, glass and locks which are well within their capacity. Installation crew, Steve and Neil, are experts and have many years experience between them which shows in their finish. In this world you get what you pay for and Im

Left the wrong impression with me, , local company to me so I thought Id give them the work, asked to measure up windows in one of my properties, went out measured up after two phone calls to remind them, told me would be done in six weeks, price agreed,told not to worry as everything would be taken care of!!! after a month I called to check on progress, the dopey secretary said they hadnt even started and would take 16 weeks to get made as they were busy Im busy aswell,, was rude and couldnt wait to slam the phone down, as far as Im concerned just liars, and all
