Erecting another garden room this week. They are typically manufactured in 2 days off-site, transported to site and then re-erected and roofed in 2 days. Raining again but the garden room team working through it to finish the framework of a Pod 3 with verandah.

High-quality residential work is our core business. Our projects are run by Professional Project Managers and the work is carried out by skilled tradesmen. We have developed our range of skills from traditional, cavity-wall stone-built works matching the typical Dales style, to increasing use of timber frame methods clad in a variety of materials which we now advocate.
Garden Rooms

We have recently designed and developed a range of Garden Rooms, as a response to the 'working from home' demand, and using our knowledge of timber frame methods.
We are building the rooms in a new manufacturing facility at our Skipton Offices, where we prefabricate the frame of the 'pods', as a closed panel, ensuring complete accuracy, prior to transporting to site for erection, cladding in red cedar, and finishing to a client's own specification.
