I luckily came across Tims page a couple of weeks ago after dealing with another electric company that turned out to be a total rip off.

Had power failure so contacted Tim who willingly led me through what to do by phone. Unsocial hours but gave up his time. Had fault traced and replaced some halogen with LEDs. A good, very pleasant team.
