I have been the neighbour next to a Morlan project and their consideration towards both the immediate neighbours has been professionally inconsiderate. We have been stressed out by their reckless parking, loud music and use of toxic materials that were allowed to be air borne over our properties and has incurred eye and throat irritations.
Do not use these contractors if you want to main any kind of relationship with your neighbours!

Morlan Building Contractors recently undertook a small building project to remodel and renovate the interior of my house. From start to finish they proved to be totally professional, friendly and reliable. Daniel and his team assisted with the planning and offered advice which was invaluable to ensure the job was finished to the highest standard. All of the craftsmen from the builders through to the plasterers provided a high level of expertise, were friendly and very respectful at all times, adhering to the current Covid rules. I would certainly use Morlan Building Contractors services again.
