I had requested a boiler service when kam turned up I asked him to check the boiler for specific complaints to which he replied tat these checks were not part of a inspection. I pointed out that I requested a service. He then continued to talk to me in a rather condescending manner regarding the installation. The worst part is that he left the unit un secure the access levers at the bottom were not clipped back securely and the control unit screws had not been replaced which he left the control unit hanging and te boiler casing loose. The only reason why I used him was due to the fact my usual
