Customer service is terrible, dont reply to emails or voicemails. The fitters made a mess in the house, helped themselves to snacks even though it wasnt left for them. The fitter was rude when I had concerns about the front door which wasnt fitted correctly, he fixed begrudgingly but made me feel uncomfortable like I wasnt allowed to share my concerns. Overall, the windows looked good but took quite a few attempts to correct a few things in the house and wasnt happy at all with the fitters and the rest of the team on windows plus.

I work for Smartlift which supply glazing lifting machines, I assisted Gary on a installation and having watched the Windows Plus Team install 6 large glazing units for a clients new swimming pool room I have to say what professionals they are and the quality of the installation was clear to see.

After shopping around and having some awful experiences with other companies Windows Plus offered me an incredible quote for my home which I went ahead with, the work to be carried out was explained to me in great detail and the windows and doors we had fitted really are top quality. I cant recommend this company enough, from start to finish its been a pleasure. Thank you

I had a composite door fitted in February and absolutely fantastic. It is sold heavy high quality door and very well fitted by Dave and Luke. The fitters were really nice and fitted the door with care. All in all the whole experience was good with really nice sales person Denise. Was in touch with Windows Plus for a few months and they were very patient with me. Thank you.
