My experience with Phoenix Windows has been a mixed bag to be honest. I had quotes from a number of companies for two windows and a composite door. My bathroom window was in dire need of replacement as it was letting water in. Their quote came in considerably cheaper, and they had some great online reviews. Communication with their sales rep Tom was always polite, although he would often take quite a while to respond, and not always with the information Id asked for in full. I put this down to a busy workload, and lets be honest, we were in the middle of a global pandemic! With some chasing

I can't speak highly enough regarding the recent experience I had with this company. The initial quotation process was done in a very professional manner (the window designs were laid-out on a tablet rather than, as in the case with one of its competitors from Coventry, a scrap of paper).
Surprisingly, once the quote arrived, it was the best part of 10% cheaper too. Upon reviewing the initial window designs, we decided we'd like to slightly tweak the designs and these were taken-on without any issues whatsoever - and, noteworthy, absolutely no mention of incremental costs. It has to be said

Installed a door and windows after lockdown at a competitive price. After being bitten by a different DG company recently I was pleasantly surprised by the service. A very minor issue with installation was rectified the next day, pleased with the quality of the materials and fitting, would recommend and use again.

After a disastrous experience with Onyx Windows for our front & Back Doors we were absolutely taken aback by the amazing customer service and brilliant job done by Ian & Ben. Not only were they friendly, worked as silently as possible with care as we were working from home, but they fit our windows quickly & efficiently. They even corrected the Doors done by Onyx Windows whilst they were here. If I had to really search for a bad point, I had a dusty printer afterwards which was obviously the only thing overlooked.
