Really disapointed. Windows were supposed to be fitted next monday on the 13th December and I have only just been notified late on Friday afternoon that this will not now happen and that the window sliders will not be delivered to the factory until the 17th. January. It seems strange that only now this has been realised and that the 17th of January is so exact. Am I having the wool pulled over my eyes.. We were so looking forward to having the windows in for Xmas and I have arranged all my work schedules to enable me to be at home next week. Nolan has done work before for me but at the moment am

Had to contact nolan to do an adjustment to my composite door,disappointed with after sales service had to phone on 2 occasions was given 2 appointments was told someone would contact closer to the date with a time slot no one phoned when I rang back was told nothing was out to call to me that day, was given a 2nd day a week later this time I was given a time slot but the same thing happened that time I had to phone back yet again this time I was very frustrated with nolan customer services they did get a fitter there that day after I complained the adjustment took 10 minutes. I was really pleased with the new windows and door from Nolan - The staff have been friendly, professional and courteous throughout, from producing the quotation to surveying to fitting and installing they get top marks. The quality of the product is very high and the staff did a great job installing. Thanks for the really good service

Window fitter ordered a patio door for myself with Nolan back in Febuary with a 5-6 week lead time. The window fitter rang last week and was told the order was never put through by the sales rep Lee and now there would be an additional 6-8 week waiting time for the patio doors. Terrible customer service, unprofessional with no concern of customers due to the companies own incompitancy

Great service from start to finish - had 2 doors installed and the 2 fitters (Stuart and Kirk) couldn't have been more polite and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending if you are thinking of using Nolan
