Terrible after sales service. Heat pump was faulty from the word go. Nu heat only interested in passing the buck. We are into months now and still no resolution in sight......

For my lengthy self-build project I used Nu-Heat for the supply of underfloor heating, unvented hot water cylinder and air source heat pump system, which I and an electrician installed. From early encounters at trade shows, system design with superb diagrams, through to supply and eventual commissioning, and with many pleasant contacts during the process, mostly with technical support, I have been pleased and impressed throughout. I have nothing negative to report and can happily recommend Nu-Heat.

I am an all trade developer with in-house Electrical certification and needed a Heating company that could design, supply and commission Air Source heating systems with UFH for my new developments. NU heat have been outstanding from start to finish. They answer the phone quickly, their technical assistance is fantastic and the field engineer gave me all the time in the world to explain the process and help me to improve where possible ready for the next job. Nu heat, who supplied all of my ground source heating kit have been great at every stage of the process. Very thorough design and implementation documentation, staged deliveries on time and when kit was damaged by the delivery driver replacement within 24 hours. A superb helpline that were knowledgable and changed parts which were required due to my installers having to work around design changes in my house build. All this at no cost and 24 hour delivery every time.

I've been absolutely amazed by the exceptional customer service provided by Nu-Heat particularly during a global pandemic! Better than John Lewis! I spoke with many people during difficult times but they all knew exactly where things were at and what discussions had already happened. The equipment has been top notch so far and the thermostats very user friendly. Any minor issues with the design and supply were rapidly resolved and everyone was very easy to talk to.

As a retired Nu Heat Installer we had no hesitation when choosing a heating system for our self build house. Their local area manager Ian Weatherstone listened to our needs for a complete heating and hot water solution utilising renewable energy and sent our plans down to Devon for their design team to work out a system to meet our criteria. The system incorporated an Air Source Heat Pump for the main heating & hot water system along with solar back up. As we were building during the winter of 2017 we were subjected to below zero temperatures and severe weather so we prematurely commissioned
