Single-Storey Extensions
IcoExtension solutions offer rapid construction of single-storey extensions using prefabricated, thermally efficient wall and roof systems. With wall U-values as low as 0.111W/mK, these structures are 7x stronger than timber frame and 3x faster to build than traditional methods. Fully ventilated wall systems and optional lanterns create light-filled, energy-efficient spaces that add property value.
VELUX Window Installation
Integration of VELUX roof windows enhances natural light and ventilation in solid roof installations. Available in manual or electric options with white or pine finishes, these energy-efficient windows maintain thermal performance while offering self-cleaning glazing technology. Roof Lanterns
Sheerline S1 aluminium lanterns provide secure, thermally efficient rooflight solutions with 28mm glazing for superior insulation. This review is directed at the sales side of the business and therefore I cannot comment on the product or the installation service they offer. I contacted Icotherm at the very beginning of November via their online enquiry form, I was looking for a quote for a full replacement roof. After not hearing from them after a couple of weeks I decided that as there premises where close to where I live I would call in. After waiting in reception for what seemed an age I eventually got the attention of a young chap who explained that the office only had skeleton staff, hence my wait. I explained my requirements

Amazing product so well thought out from a fitting perspective.
Fantastic quality product utilising the best materials available the best construction timber, velux windows and glass, top roofing materials and beautiful welded aluminium box gutters of which they offer an on site welding service for larger gutters(for a small cost)
Top notch factory utilising all cnc saws and routers. The installation course was really informative we got to get our hands on assembling a roof system. Very informal even the MD got the kettle on, a really nice guy you can tell loves his product rightly so. Big
