This company was engaged to refurbish our shower. When they had finished the shower leaked and continued to leak, no matter how often they came back and until after the end of the guarantee period. They brazenly said: it has defeated us and we will not be coming back, paid 45 for one visit by a local plumber and abandoned us. We never saw them again. We had to engage a COMPETENT tradesman at our own additional expense to fix what they had been incapable of doing. The response of the owner requires CORRECTION. The work was supposedly completed in October 2016. That the

Speak as you find. Even after 3 years of fitting the after sales experience has been first-class. Issues related to the manufacturer not fitting team. Certainly recommend and use in the future.
