Services
Double Glazing
Our A-rated double-glazed windows enhance insulation, reduce noise, and improve security while boosting property value. Fitted with argon gas and low-E glass, they maintain comfortable indoor temperatures year-round. Available in uPVC, aluminium, or hardwood, our solutions combine durability with modern aesthetics for homes and businesses.
Composite Doors
Durable composite doors feature reinforced steel frames, polyurethane insulation, and GRP skins for weather resistance. Available in custom colours and finishes, they offer superior security with multi-point locking systems. Our installations ensure draught-proof, low-maintenance entrances that enhance kerb appeal and property security.
Conservatory Roofs
Guardian Warm Roof systems transform conservatories into year-round spaces with insulated, lightweight panels. Installation includes LED lighting options and skylights, balancing thermal efficiency with natural light. Completed in 2-3 days, these roofs eliminate overheating in summer and heat loss in winter.
Tiled Roof Conversions
Convert existing glazed roofs to insulated tiled systems for improved comfort and usability. Our reinforced structures match property aesthetics while adding underfloor heating and electrical integration options. Ideal for creating living rooms, studies, or entertainment spaces with enhanced privacy.
Verandas & Awnings
Milwood aluminium verandas and awnings provide weatherproof outdoor living areas. Retractable models feature wind/sun sensors, while fixed designs offer durable shade. Customisable with heating and lighting, these structures extend usable space for residential and commercial properties.

Excellent service by professional fitter. Also very competitive price for a quality product. Had two doors fitted and would certainly go to Alan Joy again for further improvements.

We've had several windows and doors fitted by Alan Joy and the quality of both the products and fitting has been great. Good value too. After-sales service is also good, if a little slow.

Have spent thousands with this company. Nice products, TERRIBLE after sales (non) service. Several problems, which we have had to chase, phone, chase, phone!! No-one bothers to get back to us, EVER, despite promising to. No dedicated after sales team, WHY? VERY DISAPPOINTING, AND FRUSTRATING!! After sales service, is just as important as selling items in the first place. Would never use again, as had much better service from LF windows.

First rate, I have used Alan Joy a number of times from a conservatory to several large bi-fold doors. I would not hesitate to recommend them, a quality local business offering exceptional service and value.

From beginning to end, Alan Joy have been professional and the level of communication has been top notch. Fitters Dwayne & George were very efficient and completed the job to a high standard. Also best price that we found. Would highly recommend.

Report
Excellent new Guardian Roof and new windows for our conservatory, all fitted on time and to budget by super skilled fitters (Graham and Nathan) who worked very professionally, tidily and gave us a smooth and fuss-free experience. The project was well managed and we found Kevin and Rich from Alan Joy HQ to be very pleasant, efficient and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.
