If I could leave a negative star I would. I made it very clear to this company that I was having a mechanical issue with my front door back in May 21 when I ordered a composite Solidor from them. I was told the estimated time would be 16 weeks ie around the end of September. They got in touch and arranged a date for it to be fitted in November. A week before the fitting date I had a call from the managing director of the company to tell me Solidor had not started making the 'slab' and they couldn't give me a date of when it would be ready. Of course I wasn't overjoyed to hear this news and made
