Handmade Rug Sales
We offer an extensive collection of authentic handmade rugs from Persia, Afghanistan, Turkey, and India, including Ziegler, Aubusson, and Nain designs. Our rugs are crafted using traditional techniques with natural dyes and high-quality materials like wool and silk. Each piece combines historical artistry with modern aesthetics, suitable for both contemporary and traditional interiors.
Rug Repair
Our expert team specialises in repairing all types of rugs, from minor fraying to major structural damage. Using authentic materials and dyes sourced from the rugs' regions of origin, we ensure seamless restoration that preserves the item's integrity and value. Services include reweaving, fringe repair, and colour restoration.
Professional Cleaning
Our cleaning process utilises pH-neutral shampoos and micro-splitting technology to remove deep-seated dirt without damaging dyes or fibres. We assess each rug's condition before treatment, ensuring safe cleaning for both antique and modern pieces. Post-cleaning, rugs are brushed and inspected for quality assurance.
Valuation Services
We provide free insurance valuations for handmade rugs, considering factors like age, knot density, materials, and provenance. Our experts, with decades of global experience, offer detailed assessments of market value and replacement costs. This service is ideal for insurance documentation or estate planning purposes.
Stain Removal
Our specialists address colour bleeding, pet stains, and water damage using chemical-specific techniques to neutralise uric acid and other contaminants. The process involves precise dye stabilisation and reapplication where necessary, ensuring minimal impact on the rug's original appearance and longevity.
