Very knowledgeable person tried the big boys and this chap was much cheaper and better quality. Prefer to keep smaller local firms busy. Nice to have that personal touch.

I went into this carpet shop recently and received amazing customer service from Andrew. I shown him some carpets that I liked and he recommended an even better one, he listens to what you say the carpets there are such good quality. Andrew shown me how he is currently beating most high street carpet shops with his prices and I couldnt say no at the amazing deals he had! Thanks again Andrew cant wait to come back to pick my upstairs carpets!

Report
Recommended by a friend -Andy was so helpful and extremely patient despite me being really indecisive. He talked through various different options and was open and honest about prices (clearly not trying to give us the hard sell ). Once a decision was (finally) made, Andy came round to measure up and our carpet was fitted only a few days later . Excellent service , highly recommended. We'll be back very soon . Thank you so much.
