Avant Garde Roofing

We are the United Kingdoms leading flat roof company, approved to install a full range of specialist systems. Our team of fully qualified inhouse contractors has been delivering flat roof solutions for over thirty years. We specialise in GRP fibreglass membranes, singleply membranes and Kemper overlay systems, each engineered for durability and flexibility. By eliminating joints and using continuous monolithic skins, we permanently solve the weathering and leakage problems common to traditional flat roofs. We have successfully completed large commercial projects such as schools, factories and sports complexes, as well as domestic installations across several counties. All works are carried out by our own staff, never subcontractors, ensuring strict quality control and adherence to industry standards.

We offer guarantees of twenty, twentyfive or thirty years, depending on the system selected, providing our clients with longterm peace of mind. Our thorough site assessments and bespoke design recommendations address complex roof geometries, including skylights and protrusions. We are committed to transparent communication, providing free, detailed quotations and keeping clients informed throughout each project. Our focus on energysaving insulation and green roofing options demonstrates our dedication to sustainable, costeffective solutions. Client satisfaction is at the core of our practice, and we strive to deliver durable, lowmaintenance roofs that protect both commercial and residential properties.
