Critical:Responsiveness
Went to their Scarisbrick showroom, only to find it closed. So I rang their head office and they couldn`t be bothered to answer the phone. Needless to say that set major alarm bells ringing.

We have had windows fit previously and were happy. Door fit arranged for a date the fitters turned up but when the door was delivered from the suppliers one side of the glass was smashed. I said no problem just fit it and the glass can easily be swopped at a later date . I was told 5 days. Door was fit I was happy with that and paid in full straight away. Because of covid and business need cash flow. After 3 weeks I chanced it up and spoke to a lady who said she would chase it. After another week I spoke to a man and he promised to sort it. Here I am week 6 and I have chased up again and now waiting
