Just want to thank Mike for incredible customer service this last week. Asked to come out and inspect a leaking old conservatory roof at my mum's house in St.Helens, he gave an honest appraisal of options, and even helped me with bringing back some materials so I could perform a temporary fix (I was visiting from out of town and it saved me a trip to B&Q!). In this day and age, you just don't get this kind of service, so I was blown way. Many thanks again.

5 years ago they were brilliant. They still do a good job putting in windows but the office are inefficient and those that do follow up repairs are appalling.
