Unresponsive and dont listen
Asked for a quote via the website, they didnt get back to me. Sent an email, they didnt get back to me. Had to phone up to get someone to come and give us a quote. The chap that came out did not pay attention to my wife. He kept telling us what style of window we wanted to have, even though my wife said we didnt like that style. He kept saying we should go for a cheaper option, even though we said we didnt like the cheaper option and never mentioned anything about our ability to pay. When we got the quote it wasnt for what we had asked for.

Made some custom sized mirrors for me for a DIY wardrobe project. Good attention to the detail and worked with me to ensure the mirors were the perfect size for bonding onto the wardrobe doors. Very pleased with the end result.
