I was given a quote for window cleaning and gutter cleaning which I agreed. On the day when the guy came to complete the job he informed me that the gutters were clean and there wasn't any need to do anything else - I was surprised when he asked me to pay full price (for a service he didn't provide). I told him that I am willing to pay a part for his service because he went up the ladder to check the gutters but since there was no need to clean why am I being charged 40??? As I said I also asked him to clean my windows. Long story short I spoke with the manager and he offered me a 10 off. So

I am sure they do a decent job but have no respect for the neighbour's property as climbed onto our flat roof garage, without permission, to get access to our neighbour's house. Then tried to say, in spite of it being on our ground with a drive between the houses thought it was our neighbour's garage!!!
