As a company, our attention to detail and knowledge has been founded on over 30 years experience in the building trade. I first entered into the building trade as an apprentice, working alongside my father and brothers for many years, and my son Ben joined the family business in 2002. Due to my extensive experience, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of building and I enjoy being challenged in my work.

We are absolutely delighted with our extension. Mike Wellfare was honest and straight forward to deal with and was very accommodating when we made a few last minute changes as the build progressed. Everything was completed as promised, at the price agreed and on schedule in fact our new extension was finished a week ahead of plan.
