Services
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Our comprehensive end-of-tenancy cleaning service prepares properties for new tenants or landlord inspections. We follow detailed checklists covering kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, windows, and outdoor areas to ensure properties meet inventory requirements. The service includes oven and fridge cleaning, wall spot removal, and thorough sanitation of all surfaces to maximise deposit returns for tenants or ensure property readiness for new occupants.
Commercial Cleaning
We specialise in maintaining commercial properties including offices, pubs, restaurants, and schools. Our services cover daily maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, window cleaning, and disinfection using certified antiviral agents. All work is performed by insured professionals using eco-friendly products to ensure workplace safety while meeting industry hygiene standards for business environments.
Domestic Cleaning
Our domestic cleaning service covers complete home maintenance including carpet cleaning, oven and fridge sanitation, window cleaning, and outdoor patio/decking care. We use non-toxic cleaning solutions suitable for homes with children and pets, with flexible scheduling options for regular or one-off cleans. The service includes both interior and exterior property maintenance to maintain residential hygiene standards.
Disinfection Services
Professional disinfection services utilise certified antiviral agents to eliminate germs in residential and commercial settings. We specialise in high-risk area sanitisation for pubs, restaurants, schools, and offices, with a focus on cross-contamination prevention. The service includes surface disinfection, air quality maintenance, and provision of safety certificates to demonstrate compliance with hygiene regulations for businesses and property owners.
Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet cleaning service employs hot water extraction for deep cleaning of domestic and commercial carpets. We remove embedded dirt, stains, and allergens while preserving fabric integrity, with treatments suitable for all carpet types. The service includes pre-treatment of stains, thorough extraction, and post-cleaning protection application to maintain cleanliness between professional cleans for residential and business clients.

Elijah and his team attended to clean the property I was just moving out of at fairly last minute. They were recommended by my estate agent and didn't let me down. I was grateful for their help. Thank you

Elijah and team were able to accommodate our cleaning date at relatively short notice. The team were happy and lively and got stuck in straight away, leaving the flat sparkling and ready for the check out inventory.

Excellent end-of-tenancy clean from Par Excellence. We asked them to clean a house we have been renting for over 2 years so there was lots to do. They came for an extra visit to finish everything and make sure the place was spotless. Very reasonably priced too, especially as they included window cleaning in the quote. Highly recommend!
