I picked up a 3 draw filing cabinet today that I found on Facebook and from start to finish the transaction was seamless, great communication and dealt with friendly people who care about what they do and the causes, thank you again, highly reccomended

I applaud charities that help the needy and my feedback is based on the company not the work that they do, I have tried 3 times now to donate a king size mattress and 3 times i have been told somebody would be round to collect it, initially somebody came round and left a card but they did not come on the day arranged, they came the following day, when i was at work, I have rang and re arranged twice now but not seen or heard from them since, very dissapointing.
