I have been a floor fitter 30 years. First company that has threatened to come and beat me up at my home . And because I wouldn't put up with this unprofessional behaviour they are now with holding payments. Very unprofessional

I purchased a property through Persimmon Homes and had the misfortune of dealing with Direct Commercial Flooring. The floor installation was poor and started lifting within 6 months. It took several visits/ meetings to arrange for the lifting floor to be rectified as DCF denied any responsibility (even though it was proven they were at fault)
In the mean time we had a plumber carry out some work and burn a hole in our Amtico. DCF were asked to replace the one plank. During this work, the floor fitter pulled the dishwasher out, snapped the water feed and flooded our downstairs. The Amtico which

DCF have been absolutely fantastic. The quality of their work and customer service is exceptional. They go above and beyond with any warranty work and all of the colleagues I have had to deal with have been great. Jon is by far a role model employee for the company. The distance he travels to us and quality of work is amazing. He is also one of the most friendliest guys I have ever met. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Did a great job on the Vinyl in my Kitchen, staff were polite and the fitter cleaned up great after themselves.
