Langdon Roofing did really bad work on my uncles rear extension flat roof. Jake clearly does not know best practice is for converting a cold flat roof to a warm flat room. My uncle fortunately spotted the issues with the work carried out and the issue with the re-work carried out. Original work was carried out in March 2021 and my uncle had to wait until January 2022 to get the roof he paid for. With Langdon Roofing I would advise you check the quality of the work very carefully before paying and check you get everything; they invoice you for and that they use the correct materials. Critical:Responsiveness
Ian will not respond to any phone calls, text messages, or emails. Once he got his money he couldn't care less about his customer. Ian hired a bunch of buffoons to do siding, worst experience I have ever had with a contacting service.

Did a poor job on the roof, no aftercare, don't answer the phone. Jake is only interested in your money.

To be let down once is one thing but a second time after profuse apologies is unprofessional, frustrating , time wasting and downright rude. Made even worse that we had travelled an hour to help my daughter get a quote as she was not able to be home on the second date. A phone call or e mail to cancel the appointment is common decency, this did not happen on either occasion. If you have time to waste go ahead and contact this company if not then choose someone who responds promptly and answers their phone !

Langdon roofing did an amazing job for me. They replaced the sofitts, fascias, re-insulated and boarded the loft. Great job and great price. They even went over and above and helped out on another job outside of their remit. Thanks guys.
