They changed my Free site survey from Friday to Saturday because he had finished his jobs early and my appointment was later and he didn't want to hang about then he turns 2 hours earlier on the Saturday in a foul mood could tell he didn't want to be there banged on some pipes and I got charged 60 I would of only been charged 35 if he hadn't changed the appointment

I found THP on google as could smell gas in our living room. Sent Martyn out to service fire and find leak. Leak was found and all sorted well pleased with the service from Martyn who was friendly and very tidy cleaned up behind himself and also Rachel who was very friendly and very helpful. Very professional will use all the time now on my own home and our rented property. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending THP. Thank you THP
