Disgraceful business and non existent customer service. Been waiting 6 weeks for an exchange. Was told the out of stock item will be available within a week and be sent out. 2 weeks later still nothing. Calls go unanswered and recent email with no reply. LED Hut have my money and I have nothing to show for it. They should not be allowed to trade. More headache than its worth :(
*Update: Eventually someone picked up my call several days later and arranged a refund.

Be careful before you trust them. My experience (over 3 months) is:
1. Their stated returns policy is not fulfilled.
2. Their "customer service" delays responses, makes excuses, and then ignores follow up communications.
3. It takes forever to get phone contact.

Bought 6x dimmable energizer bulbs at 5 pounds each one of them was faulty flashing, tried contacting ledhut for about 3 months eventually got through and was given email with return instructions, after returning the item never heard from them again, total cowboys.

Zero customer service. I returned an order 3 weeks ago on the 12th of August and no notification received yet. They claim that they have a backlog of returns. I am still waiting for the refund. Very dissatisfied, don't use them.

I have given LED HUT a fair 2 months and about 8 emails that have gone unanswered to solve my problems with the 30 light bulbs I purchased. I've no bulbs and no sign of refund or shipping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, try one with a reputation for customer service like ledbulbs.co.uk or Screwfix

I ordered some lightbulbs, they arrived broken. These things happen. I wouldn't give a bad review for that. However, 6 emails ignored, more than a dozen tries to call - no answer and 2 weeks later I'm no closer to a refund or a replacement. Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement of my complaint. I couldn't even return the goods and hope someone in the warehouse would sort it out. It was a box of broken glass; I can't return that safely. I'm still finding fragments in my carpet! I spent over 100 on these bulbs. A good company is about customer service. LED HUT fails miserably. I used to
