We needed two bound carpet pieces to act as stands for some heavy chairs so that we could protect the main carpet. Wirral Carpets were unable to help but they put us in touch with a business in Birkenhead that was able to provide what we wanted. Whatever way you look at it that is excellent service from Wirral Flooring and Carpets. Thank you very much.

Needed 2 carpets - Got through to Matt who was great, he arranged for the rooms to be measured and then sent us a well priced quote within 24 hours. The price was fantastic and we agreed the fitting date. Mark and his crew turned up at the time they said and did a brilliant job fitting the carpet quickly. The job is perfect, wife is very happy - That's all that matters after all. We will be using them again for any flooring we need. Thanks again!

Quentin and his team are truly amazing I have been using them for 16 years now on each house move. The quality and service you receive is outstanding. I have just used them on my latest move, the carpet fitters were exceptional and yesterday they finished laying the wooden floor I purchased, wow stunning end result with the most amazing fitters, very skilled in what they do. Thanks so much.

One word to sum up this company, excellent! The whole process was flawless from help with picking out the right flooring to the finished floor itself. Amazing knowledge of the products and how they will suit your room. They let you borrow the big sample boards from the store so you can live with them in the room and get a real idea of how it will look. Great customer service in the store from Heather and Quentin has the expertise to know how it will all work out.

A fabulous service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. It was so useful to take a sample home to see it at different times of day. Through no fault of our own we had to change the planned fit date and everyone was so understanding. When we finally got there, Eddie undertook a great fitting job. We are so pleased with our beautiful carpet.
