Ordered Roman and Perfect Fit blinds. Waited 5 weeks and 5 days for them to fit the wrong Roman blinds: wrong fabric and wrong colour. Told the fitter it was the wrong blinds; he said to take it up with with the office. Rang about it and the lady on the phone was insisting it was the right blinds despite not seeing it. Came into the shop and showed them a picture of the blinds and they agreed it was the wrong one and said they'll check with the supplier and get back to me about rectifying it. After not hearing anything back, I asked to cancel it and ordered with a different company. Hannan finally
